Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Event Management Team to plan and coordinate various events.
• Assist in developing promotional marketing plans and operational functions.
• Participate in on-site promotions and sales activities.
• Execute merchandise presentation directives for client acquisition field campaigns.
• Engage with customers, provide information on featured products/services, and address inquiries.
• Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategies used by clients and apply it to develop customized marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure high-level customer service, resulting in increased productivity and achieved sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for event planning.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
