Duties:Interact with clients to understand case details and provide legal advice.Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands.Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.Attend court appearances and hearings on behalf of clients.Perform legal research on relevant case law and statutes.Draft dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Maintain organized case files and documentation.Keep abreast of changes in the rules and procedures of the New Jersey Courts. Requirements:Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.2-4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in personal commercial auto, premise liability, and general negligence.Strong litigation background with experience in all aspects of the litigation process.Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the New Jersey Courts.
