This is a outpatient physical therapy position located in the Wellness Center. We are seeking a full-time physical therapist assistant in our rapidly growing outpatient facility. Our model of care supports one-on-one patient to therapist ratios.

Position Summary:
At the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist, performs patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan. Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with pediatric through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. Performs selected tests and measurements as directed by the therapist; maintains documentation on all treatments.

Qualifications:
Required: Associate of Physical Therapy Assistant
Preferred: 1 year experience preferred, however, new graduates are welcome.

Certifications:
Required: State License
