Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Supply Chain Shipping and Receiving Clerk for 3rd Shift (10PM-6AM) at our Arlington, TX facility.

BASIC FUNCTIONS & SPECIFIC DUTIES :

• Creating shippers in QAD for outgoing material
• The safe operation of the plant’s material handling equipment
• The movement of materials, tooling and supplies required for customer shipments, vendor receipts or support of the manufacturing processes, applying the safety guidelines of the facility at all times
• The preparation of parts for shipment which may include simple inspection, repackaging or relabeling
• Ensuring that all material movements are processed in accordance with the plants inventory accuracy requirements : ShippingReceivingScrap RemovalWarehouse transfers
• Follow the documented shipping / receiving processes, ensuring that all loads, inbound or outbound are loaded / unloaded in a safe and in a timely manner;

material is verified to the documentation prior to driver signature and required ERP processing is completed accurately.

• ASN's must be successfully transmitted within 30 minutes of the departure of the truck; transmissions must be verified for successful receipt using the customer systems, portals, or response transactions.
• Receipt transactions entered the ERP system within one hour of the departure of the truck
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Forklift experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
