Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations/Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our U-Haul franchise, manage the shipping and receiving processes for our e-commerce business, and contribute to business growth through sales and 3PL utilization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a strategic mindset focused on enhancing efficiency and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

U-Haul Franchise Management :

• Supervise daily operations of the U-Haul franchise, including vehicle rentals, customer service, and inventory management.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and available for rental.
• Train and schedule U-Haul staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to increase rental revenue and customer loyalty.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

E-Commerce Shipping and Receiving :

• Oversee the shipping and receiving operations for the e-commerce business, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking.
• Develop and implement efficient packing and shipping procedures to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Address any shipping issues or delays swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Business Growth and Sales :

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of products through e-commerce platforms.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion through the use of 3PL services.
• Build and maintain relationships with 3PL providers to enhance logistics capabilities and improve service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

General Operations and Warehouse Management :

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and manage budgets, forecast operational needs, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Continuously assess operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and warehouse management, with a track record of driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with U-Haul franchise operations, e-commerce logistics, and 3PL utilization is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
