Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial drywall and steel stud framing projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including site supervisors and field staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial drywall and steel stud framing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 annually.
