About The Role:

Metaprise is seeking a talented Partnerships Account Representative to play a key role in acquiring and managing partnerships with payment service providers, banks, and other fintechs. This individual will be critical in establishing and expanding Metaprise's partner network to accelerate customer and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execute partnership strategy to onboard new partners aligned with company goals
• Assist the team to manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from onboarding, contract to launch and ongoing account management
• Maintain strong relationships with partner account managers and executives to drive win-win partnerships
• Analyze partnership performance data and provide recommendations to optimize results
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner integrations and operational excellence
• Contribute to improving partner onboarding processes and relationship management practices

• 3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or related field
• Strong experience in Fintech, SaaS or ERP background
• Familiar with the partnership lifecycle
• Knowledge of managing pipeline on tools like hubspot, salesforce
• Experience in Consulting, the tech industry, or market research is a plus (but not a must)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Excellent communication, organisational and writing skills
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organisation
• Bonus if you have a financial background
• Job duties are highly collaborative in nature and require on-site presence to be performed 5 days a week
