Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 104 bed nursing home
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to staff
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure high quality care for residents
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners
• Manage and resolve any issues or concerns that arise
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained
