**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

- Collect and record data on observable client behavior

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

- Provide direct patient care in one-on-one setting

- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure client progress

**Requirements:**

- Experience working with individuals with autism or special education background preferred

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or iniversity program in psychiology, special education, counseling, or related field

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, and data collection methods

- Ability to follow prescribed treatment plans and behavioral interventions

- Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with clients and their families

- Willingness to learn and impement behavior intervention techniquest, complete and pass RBT certification, work independently and drive between sessions

Pay: $19.00 - $21.87 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
