Description:
- This candidate will be responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments, and other duties as directed by the providers.
- Using EPIC EMR to update patient medical histories and demographics.
- Verifying insurances and helping with check in and check out.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have great customer service skills
- Preference will be shown to candidates with recent EPIC experience
- Medical outpatient experience preferred but not required (2-5 years)
- Must have some medical background/experience and EMR experience
- Must have computer proficiency
