The Research Technician will receive training to perform laboratory experiments and activities, including assisting in the development and experimental setup for sensor development, measurement, and contributing to the development of user interfaces for data processing.
Additionally, the Research Technician will assist with laboratory organization and support to multiple projects within the laboratory setting. This position offers opportunities for increased independence with growth of knowledge and skill set.
This is a 20 hour a week, 6 month position.
Qualifications
We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and collaborative individual enthusiastic about sensor and circuitry development, testing, and providing research support in a team-environment.
Candidates should have earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience in these areas.
