Overview

Provide proactive customer service; accept referrals; schedule appointments; evaluate information; maintain confidentiality; read, interpret, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures work with minimal supervision and with extensive detail; work cooperatively with others; use various computer applications; and organize work and set priorities to meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 years of experience working with customers in the medical, service or hospitality industries preferred
• Basic understanding of insurance preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge and MS Office skills are preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must able to work in an environment with constant interruptions without losing focus or composure.
