Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in finding the perfect bridal and prom attire.
• Offer expert guidance and advice on dress styles, fittings, and accessories.
• Ensure a seamless shopping experience, from initial greeting to purchase and finishing touches.
• Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolving them in a professional and friendly manner.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion, bridal and prom attire, and excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Weekend availability is required due to the seasonal nature of the business (Prom and Bridal season, January through May).
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fashion-forward and able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
