We are hiring an energetic person who:

• Wants part time, upto 30 hours/week

Duties include:

- Greet and assist patients in person, on phone, and online
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Perform data entry

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Proficiency in using computer and phone (landline)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
