General Counsel:

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Contract Administration
• Compliance and Monitoring
• Corporate Legal Advisory

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, juris doctorate; Active Bar License in Oklahoma
• 1 years experience as in-house lawyer
• Experience drafting, reviewing and advising on legal documents
