The Social Media Lead serves as the social media point of contact for the store and is responsible for creating content to help localize the social accounts. The Social Media Lead is a dynamic, avid social media user who understands the trends and best practices of all platforms. The Social Media Lead is an individual who builds a store environment that delivers a flawless customer service and selling experience through beautiful store visual standards, execution of bridal shows, community outreach, and social media content for all platforms.

Essential Job Functions:

• Leads and models a 5-star service culture across all roles; executes customer service strategies to deliver a 5-Star Customer Service experience.
• Capture social media content for the store, as outlined by the social media schedule.
• Maximizes appointment bookings and drives customer loyalty through introductory calls with brides.
• Resolves all customer issues and partners with Store Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and/or TS customer service, as needed.
• Responds promptly to all customer questions providing product and service information in person, through text, email, and social media platforms.
• Speaks to every customer before they leave the store to validate and ensure an exceptional experience, resolving any issues in the moment.
• Motivates direct reports and team members making each individual feel that his/her work is important.
• Maintains store standards to support an exceptional customer shopping experience.
• Responsible for flawless execution of all marketing, promotions, and markdowns.
• Maintains a professional dress code and ensures that all team members adhere to the company Dress Code Policy and standards.
• All social media content is delivered to the Digital Account Manager according to deadlines and/or schedules. This includes all photo release consent forms.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
