Automotive Service Advisor Benefits:
- Hourly Commission based Compensation (starting at $15/hr.)
- Commission on Sales & commission on Services completed

- Company-paid ASE certifications and training
- At least two years in sales and estimate writing
- Entry level technician skills required (C-tech skillset)
- At least one year working with customers and automotive technicians
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Very competent in navigating computers and estimating software
- Willingness to undergo a background check/drug screening
- Position is full-time, five days per week
- Excellent appearance, and verbal & written communication skills!
- Answering phones, greeting customers, and consistently following up
- Evaluating customer concerns, preparing the proper work order, and communicating that between customers and our techs
- Selecting proper parts, preparing written estimates, presenting estimates to customers, and ordering what's needed
- Completing basic automotive services (i.e. oil changes, basic brakes repairs, alignments, tire mount and balance, etc.)
- Participating in training when required
- Key Holder - Opening/Closing the store location when needed
