Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
· Daily documentation
· Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.
· Notify pharmacy of new orders.
· Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
· Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
· LPN License in MD
· LTC/SNF experience preferred.
· Positive and energetic individual with creativity
· Ability to work independently or part of a group.
