Reputable Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Allendale County, SC currently seeking a Advanced Practice Provider to join one of their outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate is an experienced board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no weekend work required!

Will be responsible for providing primary medical care to patients of all ages. Including conducting medical histories and examinations, ordering routine/diagnostic tests, and developing patient management plans.
