The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operational success of the SBO Specialty Departments and will provide strategic leadership and development. You Will Bring Value To The Team By
Mathematical SkillsMust be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Have the ability to compare rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various graphs.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to: deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations; plan, organize, delegate, and prioritize work; provide clear and effective direction to staff; communicate effectively orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with MedSrv departments, vendors, other businesses, and our clients; Must be able to multi-task.
Physical DemandsYou may be required to lift between 30-50lbs at times. Limited.

You Will Bring Value To The Team By
- Demonstrating behavior that represents MedSrv’s mission
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, vendors, co-workers, and leadership
- Planning and monitoring of day-to-day operations and align initiatives with the strategic vision of MedSrv
- Supervising staff of 200 : Managers, Supervisors and Team Members
- Become an expert in process to drive improvements
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data/metrics
- Primarily work onsite with possibility of some remote work
- Reports to and assists MedSrv VP Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Healthcare related field and/or
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in management related to healthcare operations.
