- LA License
- 2 years' experience
- Malignant Hematology/BMT experience or oncology experience
- EPIC experience
- Will accept Oncology Experience (ONS Chemo Certified) and orient to BMT
- ACLS, BLS, NIH
- ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy course
- CPI preferred
- May float if BMT census drops
- Typical Procedures Performed on Unit: Bone Marrow Biopsy, Central Line Management, & Blood and Bone Marrow Transplants
Will accept Oncology Experience (ONS Chemo Certified) and orient to BMT
EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
