THE OPPORTUNITY: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine

THE LOCATION: Corvallis, Oregon

Ready for a change? We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our internal medicine team in Corvallis, Oregon. Our privately owned multi-specialty group is located in Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley and we have two openings for advanced clinical practitioners to join our Internal Medicine team.

THE DETAILS

  • Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 24 patient contact hours
  • Provide urgent, same-day, or next-day access
  • Provide interim co-management of chronic illnesses (titrating medications, interval routine follow-up care)
  • Conduct CMS Annual Wellness Visits as needed
  • Ensure continuity of care during transitions (retirements, medical leave, vacations, etc.)

THE QUALIFICATIONS
  • AANP or ANCC certified family or adult/geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
  • At least two years of experience working in a primary care clinic
  • Comfortable, confident caring for complex and co-morbid patients
  • Ability to work independently, and as a collaborative team player
