Qualifications
- RN certification.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience.
- Ability to administer chemotherapy is preferred
- Experience in administering Cell Therapies.
- Knowledge of the toxicity and potential reactions associated with cell therapies.
- Proficiency in blood draw techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
- Experience with Epic
- Previous experience in study coordination or clinical research.
- Comfortable taking charge and assuming leadership responsibilities in the new position.
Responsibilities:
- Administer CAR-T cell therapies to patients according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide prompt intervention as necessary.
- Conduct blood draws and other relevant tests as part of patient assessment and monitoring.
- Educate patients and their families about the CAR-T treatment process, potential side effects, and necessary precautions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay informed about advancements in CAR-T therapy and nursing best practices.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and safety.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
