The Animal Dental Center (ADC) is a dental / oral-surgical specialty practice with multiple clinic locations in Towson, Annapolis, Columbia, and York, PA. For over 30 years, the mission at the Animal Dental Center has been to provide our patients with exceptional oral care by building a trusting partnership with pet owners in a warm and caring environment. Our practice strongly focuses on client education and community outreach programs to promote pet oral health awareness and hopefully nurture a longer and healthier quality of life for our four-legged loved ones.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our growing practice is seeking highly motivated veterinary technicians/assistants to join our team.

Qualified applicants have established skills in anesthesia, I.V. catheterization, pre / post surgical patient care, and patient recovery. Our practice has a strong focus on client education, therefore excellent client communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic as part of a very dedicated team and thrive in a fast-paced / high-reward professional environment. Are you a driven individual who has no problem taking initiative in case management while also working well without direct supervision? We are seeking the brightest and the best!

Our clinics are well established in the community and serve clients over a large part of the Mid-Atlantic region. Each of our locations is equipped with state of the art monitoring and diagnostic equipment to provide our patients the most advanced specialty care possible. We place high value on a close knit work environment and emphasize continuing education. As part of several specialty-only groups, our patients have access to board-certified veterinarians in many specialty departments, including Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology.

We have 1-2 veterinary technician positions available for qualified individuals who are passionate about Dentistry and have embraced the need for proper treatment of oral disease in veterinary practice today. CAREER REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years experience as a veterinary technician, assistant. RVT / LVT certification strongly preferred
  • Caring and empathetic client care
  • Schedule flexibility (some longer days, but no weekend hours necessary)
  • Computer / Technology proficiency and ability to learn medical / dental specialty software as necessary.
