Program Director, Pulmonology Fellowship Program Permian Basin 37651BR Position Description This position is open to TTUHSC Employees only. Performs varied and complex administrative duties in overseeing medical students and residents in a clinic or hospital setting. Requires independent judgment and application of established policies and procedures. Major/Essential Functions Provide oversight of an ACGME accredited Cardiology Fellowship Program. Direct, plan, coordinate and supervise the patient care, operations and activities of the fellows, residents and/or medical students rotating in the cardiology program. Follow all ACGME procedures, policies and meet deadlines. Follow all GME, institutional and program policies, procedures and deadlines. Required Qualifications Must have a current appointment with TTUHSC Odessa/Midland. Must have a MD, DO, MBBS or foreign equivalent degree. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas. Board certified in Pulmonology.
