Current Need McKesson's Corporate Sourcing & Procurement Team is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Systems to have leadership of the overall system landscape design and operations of Indirect Sourcing & Procurement systems. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing operations of S&P’s systems landscape, streamlining operations by standardizing processes, identifying and resolving root cause issues, and ensuring that all system capabilities are fully leveraged to provide maximum value to S&P Ensure system design supports approved buying channels and eliminates system loopholes to support policy compliance Work closely with IT , systems suppliers and technical administrators to ensure optimal system delivery/efficiency including global standardization of common systems (i.e. Ariba, salesforce) Ensure availability and performance of the existing systems Manage the supplier relationships with the systems and tools S&P utilizes Partner with Sourcing & Category Leads, Analytics & reporting team, and S&P leadership to understand functional needs of the organization, and work to design and implement solutions Own Guided Buying CSAT and drive score improvements and higher participation rates Lead, develop and performance manage team members to create a highly performing team Outcomes & deliverables include high performing, engaged teams, scalable organization, outstanding customer experiences, and financial success Build key relationships with Category Leads, GuideMe customers, Contract and Sourcing Support Team, Sr. Manager Policy & User Training and system Suppliers Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9 years of professional experience and 1 year of supervisory and/or management experience. Critical Skills 3 years’ experience leading a variety of teams (size, complexity, etc.) Experience leading systems administration teams, enhancements and maintenance activities Relevant experience and industry knowledge with procurement, contingent staffing and analytics tools Proven results with managing global, outsourced suppliers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven results driving execution of strategic objectives Financial Acumen Advanced skills in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Additional Knowledge & Skills Enterprise Orientation/ Global Mindset Influencing Others to Act Technology Solutions Data Driven Insights Customer Relationship Management Physical Requirements / Working Conditions 10 – 25 % travel required to practices and internal meetings.
