• Minimum of a high school/GED diploma and 5 years of experience or an Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 3 years related experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required; experience designing commercial and industrial sites a plus
• Coastal experience a plus
• Municipal experience preferred
• Proficiency in commonly used computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Valid North Carolina driver's license.
