Job Description: We are seeking a diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to ensure our club facilities are always in excellent condition. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks to support the seamless operation and presentation of our padel courts and associated facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair club facilities, including padel courts, storage areas, and common spaces.
• Regularly inspect and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and optimal functioning of equipment.
• Assist in landscaping tasks, including moving turf and maintaining clean outdoor areas.
• Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, washing court glass, and general upkeep.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage room.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of maintenance machinery and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
