We are looking for experienced cashiers to join our team at our Sunflower Kitchen location.

Sunflower Kitchen, in the heart of downtown Hendersonville, focuses on quality, ingredient-driven food and service with the mission and values of the Hendersonville Community Co-op. Our kitchen is partnered with local craft brewers Oklawaha Brewing to bring a new and unique setting to the downtown experience. We are proud of what we do, are passionate about sourcing from local farmers and artisans, and work with natural and organic ingredients to offer exciting dishes built for a comfortable atmosphere.

• Ensures accurate taking pick up of orders.
• Ring up purchases accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow check acceptance policy and collects all required check information.
• Keeps money and paperwork organized.
• Maintains accuracy of till within /- $5.00 consistently.
• Ensure accurate countdowns and acceptable till for next cashier.
• Process credit, debit, and EBT according to guidelines.
• Returns are processed and recorded according to established procedure.
• Coupons are turned in and match reports and paperwork.
• Keeps all monies in till, no change bags accessible to customers.
• Make ethical decisions when tendering discounts and coupons.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.40 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
