- MUST be able to pass a drug screen, background, and physical.
- Must have experience working with sheet metal – working on large commercial projects.
- Read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications.
- Layout hangers utilizing dimensions or with a Trimble unit.
- Full knowledge of ductwork, duct systems, water gauge, and different materials used.
- Have all the necessary tools to perform your duties.
- Knowledge of construction safety protocol and procedures
- Work with fellow employees with a respectful and tolerant attitude
- Work necessary hours to hit mandatory deadlines.
- Communicate with Foreman and superiors daily to ensure the job is on schedule.
- Attend onsite safety meetings.
- Install the highest quality product.
