We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Estimator to join our fast-paced construction team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to showcase their expertise in Commercial Roofing Estimation, Take-Off, and Project Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating complete estimates for our commercial roofing projects, including analyzing project costs, and managing the project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successful project completion.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects by interpreting blueprints, performing take-offs, and identifying potential cost savings.
• Manage and coordinate the entire lifecycle of the project, from initial estimation to project completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Evaluate and recommend changes in materials, design, and methods to increase profitability and improve project efficiency.
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure that all estimates are accurate, competitive, and achievable.
• Review and evaluate cost estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to formal quotation.
• Provide ongoing updates and reports to management regarding project status, changes, and issues that may impact project cost or timeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitor strategies to ensure our estimates remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation, take-off, and project management.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, equipment, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficient in using estimation software and other related computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certification in Project Management or Estimation is an added advantage.
