Job Overview:Centralized Vision is seeking a motivated, conscientious and dedicated Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist looking for long-term employment in a full- or part-time capacity. From our National Command Center, the ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing live surveillance footage to detect and respond to potential security threats. The Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for our customers. We invite you to be a part of our success!Requirements:Responsibilities:As a Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist from our National Operations Center in Phoenix, AZ, you will be trained on a number of different systems that will give you the knowledge and confidence to fulfill your monitoring duties that include:- Monitor live surveillance feeds to identify potential security threats.- Analyze video footage and report in a timely and efficient manner any suspicious activities, according to a client's protocol.- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.- Conduct routine checks and troubleshoot surveillance equipment and building systems to ensure continuous functionality and report any issues for prompt resolution.- Provide support and guidance to on-site security personnel when necessary.You will be introduced to systems that allow facilities to run more effectively and efficiently with our oversight. These include, but are not limited to, the following: Security Cameras, Access Control, Panic Alarms, Network Hosted SMART Systems, Database Management and Gate Entry.Training and communication are the lifeblood of our organization as technology and customer needs continue to evolve. Our trainers and supervisors will work closely with you to ensure you are comfortable with the customer accounts you will oversee and are always nearby should you need additional help and support.
Qualifications:- Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.- Experience with computers and customer service required.- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure, having a professional demeanor at all times.- Minimum high school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.- Bi-lingual a plus but not mandatory.- Experience in the security industry, law enforcement or military can be a plus but not mandatory.- Must pass a drug test and have NO criminal record.

Swing and Day Shift Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 /hourGrave Shift Starting Pay Rate:
