Job Type: Full-time/Compensation: Phlebotomist / Laboratory Production Assistant

We are looking to hire a Laboratory Production Assistant and Phlebotomist to work at our office located close to SeaTac Airport. This is a high energy, fast paced team-oriented environment. Ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, dependability, great attention to detail as well as and a desire to learn and grow with the company. Must have project and resource planning skills. Our company is growing quickly and will need to adapt and plan for growth.
Duties Include: Ability to work with a team and independently to fill orders from sales team • Interacting with all departments to coordinate resources • Consult with Sales Team and clients on coordinating custom orders • Work closely with upper management on short and long term planning • assist with implementation of automated machinery and other Lab and automation equipment or software • Work with a small team of lab and productions employees.
ERP and or Zoho experience a plus • Ability to Provide helpful support for lab staff • Daily tasks can include meeting prep, Phlebotomy, Processing, Lab Production activities, Shipping Duties, Data Entry, Cleaning and Organization, Work In a Quality Management system, and Sales Activities.
Required Qualifications:
College degrees in Biology or equivalent Sciences • Current Phlebotomy License • Ability to work Saturday through Wednesday and extra hours when needed • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, professional environment and meet deadlines • Pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:
One to Five years’ experience in Laboratory Production or Phlebotomy in a bio tech production environment
