Carrollton Regional Medical Center is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Carrollton, TX

Overview:
The marketing coordinator researches, coordinates, analyzes and executes marketing campaigns. Duties include: Collecting data about target demographics and analyzing market trends to improve a company's marketing efforts. The marketing coordinator tracks sales data and works with leadership to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Research market trends
  • Collect data about target demographics
  • Analyze market trends and identify target audiences
  • Create marketing campaign content
  • Ad development and design
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategy with the goal of driving traffic and/or brand recognition
  • Create successful social media campaigns to grow a brand’s audience
  • Manage the hospital’s social media accounts, contribute to paid and organic content planning and development, publish content, monitor accounts, and respond to engagement activity.

· Know how to use ad server tools, run reports on social media trends

· Maintain promotional materials inventory

  • Plan and assist with meetings and trade events
  • Maintain databases and prepare reports
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables as needed
  • Provide instructions for usage and promotion
  • Track social media data and build email campaigns
  • Work with marketing members to achieve marketing goals
  • Update calendars and schedules
  • Develop, implement, and promote Newcomer and Physician campaigns
  • Develop social media video content plans, write scripts, film, and edit videos in appropriate format for public-facing social media channels.
  • Work with hospital members to produce video content and/or coordinate physician review/approval when necessary.
  • Track service line sales and costs
  • Conduct research of patient behavior, experiences, and opinions
  • Reconcile marketing budgets with expenses for marketing campaigns
  • Organize meetings with partners/executive team members to discuss campaigns
  • Monitor marketing trends and company social media accounts
  • Conduct search engine optimization (SEO) research

  • Ability to execute projects with minimal supervision, work effectively and cooperatively with a wide range of internal/external audiences/medical teams
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Suite tools, Graphic tools, Digital programs
  • Intense attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Familiar with Associated Press style

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

· 2-3 years working experience in digital marketing, healthcare beneficial

· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

· Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools

· Working knowledge of ad-serving tools

· Experience in setting up/optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
