What does the role look like?

• Partner and support the hiring needs of the Dentist Owners and Operations team
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: create job requisitions, review resumes, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, present qualified candidates, disposition candidates accordingly, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and coordinate contract negotiations
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) for administrative recruiting functions, managing jobs and candidates, and retrieving data
• Engage in Recruitment Events at Dental Schools nationwide
• Support the Doctor Relations Team and contribute to MB2s continued growth through additional duties as needed

What do you need?

• Minimum two years of recruiting experience - Dental or Healthcare recruiting experience a plus
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
• Local to DFW is preferred (some remote work available)
• Willingness to travel for events
