Baptist Health is seeking a skilled Neonatal Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Neonatal Pulmonary Care team on our NICU unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a Full-Time night shift position.

The Neonatal Registered Respiratory Therapist will assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. This includes administering respiratory therapies, performing diagnostic tests, monitoring and managing mechanical ventilators, and providing patient education and support.

As a Neonatal Respiratory Therapist in the NICU, you will be responsible for:

* Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with breathing disorders.

* Administering respiratory therapies.

* Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests.

* Monitoring and managing mechanical ventilators for patients who require respiratory support.

* Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.

* Providing patient education and support on proper breathing techniques, medication usage, and lifestyle changes.

* Maintaining accurate and complete patient assessments, treatments, and progress documentation.

This Neonatal Registered Respiratory Therapist will be located at Wolfson Children's Hospital in the NICU Unit.
