Job Summary:
We are seeking a superstar chiropractic assistant for a rapidly growing holistic chiropractor in Duluth, MN. Must be energetic, focused, and growth-oriented. This is a LONGTERM people-person position where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. The duties are very multi-faceted, so you must be a quick learner and great multi-tasker, with an extraordinary ability for organization and follow through. We will train the right person.
Duties:
- Support the doctor in providing optimum patient care and excellent customer service
- Build relationships and create an affinity with patients and prospective patients, starting with friendly, high energy, professional interactions both in person and by phone, email, and messaging
- Build rapport and value while conducting patient intake interviews and scans
- Coordinate and prioritize daily administrative duties in alignment with the office mission, vision, and growth
- Help prepare agendas and run regular, time efficient office planning meetings with the doctor
- Track and complete marketing plans and projects from beginning to end
- Manage and organize documents and electronic health records using computerized systems.
- Assure patient success in their care by helping them stay on track with their care plan schedules and finances
- Prepare reports and statistic as needed
- Keep the office space welcoming and organized
- Help hire, train, and be a leader for future team members
