New York Rhinoplasty is looking to hire a full time Medical Office Assistant. Our Medical practice is located in Huntington, NY and is focused on Facial Esthetics as well as general ENT.

We are looking for a motivated person to assist Office Manager with running the practice. Responsibilities will include front desk related tasks, scheduling patients, patient education, assistance with billing, contacting insurance companies as well as medical assistant tasks. Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, answering phone and patient inquiries
• Scheduling patients and recording basic medical information
• Educate patients by providing information related to the practice and available services
• Schedule surgical procedures, coordinating patient, physician, and facility schedule
• Contacting insurance companies, obtaining pre-authorizations for medical procedures
• Assist with clinical duties to ensure optimization of patient experience
