Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Work:

* Provide quality supports to adults with mental illness in a residential home or apartment based setting

* Assist individuals to become more independent, allowing each person in our services to take a lead role in their own rehabilitation process

* Provide personal care, administer medications, and mentor individuals following their treatment and support plans

* Assist with cooking, cleaning, and other household responsibilities

* Plan meaningful recreational activities and take individuals into the community and to appointments as needed

* Complete daily documentation as required

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to learn and apply proficient computer skills, including the use of software and other web based systems

* Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations

* Valid driver's license and have daily access to a properly insured vehicle

* Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the human services or mental health field
