Autism & Behavior Therapy, Co. is a small business in Temecula, CA. We are an ethical data-driven, rewarding, and collaborative. Our goal is to increase communication, social & adaptive skills in children with autism; and to decrease maladaptive behaviors.

Our work environment includes:

• In-home and/or community based ABA therapy
• ABA materials specifically for the client and respective programs
• 10-20% supervision for each client
• Small caseloads (3-10 clients depending on treatment hours, experience, and desired hours)

Business hours are 8am to 8pm for services

The requirements of the job are:

• BCBA certified through the BACB
• Master's Degree
• Supervision certificate
• CPR/BLS Certified
• Pass a Livescan background check

We do offer remote opportunities but have specific criteria for this as not all clients fit the Telehealth model and require in-person services.

Pay Description

Regular pay is for billable hours (protocol modification, caregiver consultation, treatment planning & assessment)

Admin pay is for travel time, phone calls, meetings/trainings, etc.

Travel Time is paid for when an employee has two company clients on the same day and is the time between the two client locations. Mileage is reimbursed between company clients also.

What the onboard process looks like:

• Receive a form of contact to schedule a phone interview
• Schedule an in-person clinical interview
• Pending results, staff will be sent an offer letter outlining the position, benefits, etc.
• Once signed by all parties, staff will be given one week to submit all required documentation
• Training days will be scheduled to learn: data collection software, scheduling, etc.
• Overlaps will be schedule with existing clients and/or incoming clients

This position is for new and seasoned BCBAs. There will be a contract set in place for employees to ensure consistency, professionalism, and loyalty. However, there is NO non-compete and staff are able to work for any other ABA agency they would like to. We are looking for people who care about this field, their clients and client's families, maintain professional, have respectful encounters with their superiors and colleagues, and are dependable.
