Autism & Behavior Therapy, Co. is a small business in Temecula, CA. We are an ethical data-driven, rewarding, and collaborative. Our goal is to increase communication, social & adaptive skills in children with autism; and to decrease maladaptive behaviors.

Feel free to visit our website to review our ABA model and how we work with our clients & families. Our approach is more hands on, so we do expect our BCBAs to be passionate about their clients and excited to work 1:1 with them when needed. We do offer remote opportunities but have specific criteria for this as not all clients fit the Telehealth model and require in-person services.
Pay Description
Regular pay is for billable hours (protocol modification, caregiver consultation, treatment planning & assessment)
Admin pay is for travel time, phone calls, meetings/trainings, etc.
Travel Time is paid for when an employee has two company clients on the same day and is the time between the two client locations. Mileage is reimbursed between company clients also.
What the onboard process looks like:
This position is for new and seasoned BCBAs. There will be a contract set in place for employees to ensure consistency, professionalism, and loyalty. However, there is NO non-compete and staff are able to work for any other ABA agency they would like to. We are looking for people who care about this field, their clients and client's families, maintain professional, have respectful encounters with their superiors and colleagues, and are dependable.
