Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with the individual casino properties to ensure all newly hired gaming employees, who are required to have a WSGC Card Room Employee license, are licensed at the location they are working at.
• Complete any gaming licensing applications using the Secure Access Washington (SAW) website.
• Gather the WSGC Card Room Employee license using the Secure Access Washington (SAW).
• Answer questions that pertain to WSGC licensing.
• Attend any training that pertain to WSGC licensing.
• Work with the Assistant General Manager to ensure that all employees, at all properties, have a valid gaming license.
• Assist employees with getting a gaming license as needed.
• Some travel required including occasional overnight stay.
• Electronically fingerprint individuals who need a gaming license.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and knowledge that includes:

• Knowledge of Washington State Gaming Licensing process
• Previous experience with fingerprinting
• Documentation, research, and resolution skills required
• Experience working in an office environment is required
• Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook applications experience required
• Prior casino operation experience preferred
