Delivery Driver | Mattress Overstock

Salary: $15/hour. Plus an average of 5 - 20 hours of overtime per pay period

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and presentable Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is essential in providing the excellent service our customers expect, as you will be the face of the company when delivering and setting up mattress sets at their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently drive a delivery vehicle for distances ranging from 50 to 300 miles daily
• Deliver, unload, and set up mattresses at customer's homes
• Ensure the safety of the delivery assistant, vehicle, merchandise, and other motorists
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Adhere to company policies and regulations
• Understand and follow routes to ensure timely deliveries

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Dependability and punctuality
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred but not necessary
• Good customer service skills
