The Role:

This is an opportunity for an organized Customer Consultant who is interested in being in control of their own financial future. The candidate will be a confident and exhibit a high level of professionalism and possess superior communication and presentation skills. Must have the knowledge, drive, organization, and intelligence to implement a scripted sales process. The Consultant position offers growth in a unique field, training alongside industry leaders, as well as opportunity for daily travel and connections to a large client base!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with senior leaders and clients

• Assist with field level client work

• Work with client to develop strategy for mitigating the potential liability

• Assist with identifying categories of liability and suggest strategies to reduce potential liability

• Assist with analysis of company s existing policies and procedures

• Report preparation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree preferred but not required

• Positive and Optimistic Attitude

• Good organization and project management skills

• Effective written and oral communication skills, professional presentation

• Proficient technology skills (specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Creativity and problem solving ability

• Ability to read, interpret and gain a basic understanding of various state requirements

• Team oriented, but can work independently if required

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively

• Display persistence, with strong drive to succeed

• Consistently work to promote company growth while maintaining ethical standards

• Maintain a professional personal appearance
