JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Manager will lead a team of dedicated in-house personnel and preferred partners to operate and maintain a portfolio of properties in the Washington, DC market. The portfolio consists of office, retail, food service and recreation properties where Guests Services, Inc. endeavors to provide best in class service to its customers, clients, teammates, and stakeholders. The Facilities Manager will provide leadership and guidance while maintaining accountability and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.
