As a Warehouse Clerk at Redbird, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of quantities and items received
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's database system
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and physical inventory audits
- Generate and print labels for products, bins, and shelves as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal orders and requests
- Respond to inquiries from warehouse staff and management regarding inventory status and location
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
