We are recruiting for energetic and vibrant employees who can deliver prompt, efficient, and courteous service to our guests...the right candidate who enjoys creating a personal connection, a culinary adventure, and an unforgettable resort and dining experience for our guests.
ROLE
Provide efficient guest registration in and out of the resort, while displaying superior hospitality and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with established standards.
* Creates dining reservations for Mlange and room reservations for the Chateau.
* Checks guests in and out of the hotel through the use of Cornerstone.
* Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.
* Participates as an employee in producing a smoothly and efficiently run dining experience.
* Use of Cornerstone, Open Table and Micros POS system and cash handling.
* Effectively handle guest issues. Effectively handle and fulfill guest requests.
* Ensure accuracy of all shift end paperwork, including posting charges, accuracy of cash drawer funds, and making folio adjustments.
* Must be able to fully understand and use the front desk software, equipment, and have general knowledge of the resort.
* Must be able to understand and use the telephone system.
* Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
Requirements
* Must possess excellent telephone and customer service skills.
* Must have excellent English communication skills.
* Must have basic math skills.
* Must have a professional appearance.
* Must have computer knowledge.
* Must have at least 6 months previous experience in light audit/accounting, cash handling, or cashiering.
