1-2 years experience preferred as an escrow/real estate/loan assistant/processor. Responsible for providing administrative support to escrow officers, including but not limited to, ordering HOA documents, clearing schedule C items, distributing title work to parties, responding to information requests, and gathering required documentation in order to prep the file for closing. Must be able to multi-task and possess strong organizational and problem solving skills. Salary based on level of experience.
