**Description**
SETUP AND LIGHT PREP
o May be asked to cut garnishes or sandi items
o Prepare serving kitchen: steamers on, all items stocked, food ready to go and in position
o Tables set with beverages and all appropriate condiments and wares
RESIDENT MEAL SERVICE
o Meals plated attractively as specified
o Delivered in a timely, friendly manner
o Resident requests satisfied quickly- all waitpersons must remain in dining room during service hours
SHIFT FINISH
o Dishes cleared by hand as each resident finishes
o Completely clear and strip dining room when all diners are finished
o Thoroughly clean all tables, chairs, table wares, and dining area, wash all dishes and pans, remove all trash and debris
o Reset and restock room for next serving, roll all silverware
o Serving kitchen thoroughly swept and mopped
ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES
o Floors thoroughly swept and spot mopped as needed after every meal
o Tables, chairs, walls, beverage station, windows, etc. kept clean
o All items stocked before and after shift
o Perform other duties as requested
