• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards.

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting changes and communicating with the medical team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and charts.

• Assist with resident and family education, providing support and guidance.

• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Valid New York State LicensedPractical Nurse
