Responsibilities:
Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting:
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems related to both mechanical and electrical components.
Debugging and Testing:
  • Develop and implement testing procedures to identify and rectify faults in machinery.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
Maintenance and Repair:
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Execute repairs and replacements of faulty mechanical and electrical components.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and technicians, to identify and address complex issues.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to other team members.
Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.
Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Identify and address safety concerns related to machinery and equipment.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on advancements in mechanical and electrical technologies.
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of machinery.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Mechanic with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, and mechanical components.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
